At Utrecht University, we will start the tendering process for the assessment software Remindo that is used across the entire university for approximately 85% of summative assessments. This is a major change for education, as all faculties use this application for approximately 240.000 assessments per year in total.

This whole process will take two years, with the first year devoted to tendering and finding the most suitable application. The second year will be devoted to implementing a new application or, if the same application is selected, improving the current application. In both cases, we will support lecturers, students and support staff in the transition to the new system.

In this first phase of the tender process, we are gathering information about your wishes as a teacher regarding digital assessment now and in the future. What do you think could be improved? Are there any new functionalities you would like to see? What do you think is important for digital assessments of the future? The basic functionality of test software is a fixed part of the tender.

Do you want to have impact on the future of the assessment software?
