! Updates Remindo !

Here are two updates in Remindo from the last week:

1. Because there was often confusion about the difference between ‘Chromebooks’ and ‘Thuis’* (home) when setting up the location of a test moment, ‘Thuis’ has now been changed to ‘Overig‘* (other). ‘Thuis’ seemed to suggest that students could only take their exam from home if this location was selected; by changing this to ‘Overig‘ we want to clarify that this location means the exam can be taken from any other device than the UU-Chromebook (e.g. students’ own devices, a desktop on campus, etc.).* Even when switching to English in Remindo, the Dutch term ‘Overig’ will be used when setting up the location for the test moment.
2. We have noticed recently that during tests, the drawing question can cause for the Remindo system to work slowly. To ensure that tests run smoothly, we thus advise you to not use existing drawing questions in future tests, at least not until this problem has been resolved. We will also turn off the drawing question until then, meaning no new drawing questions can be created.
